Bartt Warburton works primarily in oils, graphite and ball-point pen. His focus is figurative art. His work is clearly influenced by the artists of the Italian Renaissance, and his paintings and drawings also bring to light his admiration for the French Impressionists and Dutch Masters. Warburton is primarily interested in line quality and portraiture, although he also maintains a fiecrely loyal relationship with the traditional motifs of still-life and landscape.

Warburton earned his BFA from Art Center College of Design, where he studied with Harry Carmean, Richard Bunkall, Burne Hogarth and Dwight Harmon. He lives and works in Los Angeles.
